Personal Assistant
The quote has been "with the team" for two weeks; poke them again
Tracks every thread where someone owes you a reply and follows up on an escalating schedule, from its own address or, with Gmail authorized, from yours.
Half of follow-up is what other people owe you: the quote that never came back, the approval sitting in someone's inbox, the venue that said "tomorrow" eight days ago. Chasing it is low-skill work that still does not happen, because it requires remembering.
How it works
- 01
CC the agent's address on the thread, or just tell it "waiting on the venue to confirm." Each waiting item gets a desk table row: who owes the reply, since when, next planned follow-up. When that date arrives and nothing has landed, it drafts a short reminder in your tone and either sends it from its own address, hands the draft to you, or, with your own mailbox connected, Google Workspace natively, Microsoft 365 and others when IMAP/SMTP is enabled on the account, sends it from your own address so the thread never grows a stranger. Escalation is gradual, a light nudge first, a firmer one later, never anything you would wince at in the forwarded thread.

When the reply finally arrives, at the agent's address or spotted in your inbox on its next scheduled pass, the item closes and Telegram tells you. The table's side effect is the real prize: a record of who answers in a day and who needs three pokes every time, worth knowing before you sign anything else with them.
