One message instead of ten open tabs
Each weekday morning, one message covers today's calendar, the reply you promised on Tuesday, and what changed overnight on the pages you watch.
7:02, coffee still brewing, and the day already has a shape: the 9:30 that needs prep, the thread you owe an answer from Tuesday, one item from the feeds actually worth knowing about. That is the whole briefing. Most time-sensitive item first, finished before the coffee is.
How it works

Behind it, the agent's calendar fires the run, memory supplies your open commitments, and the agent fetches the few public pages and feeds you nominated when you set it up. Authorize your Google Calendar and the 9:30 comes from the calendar you actually keep, not from a copy you have to maintain. A running desk document keeps every past edition, so "what was that thing from last week" has an answer.

It arrives by email or Telegram. Reply "more on the second item" and only that part expands. Say once that you are done hearing about a topic, and it stays gone.
