Battlecards that update themselves when competitors ship

Every sales team has battlecards and every battlecard is wrong, written in a burst of energy two quarters ago and aging quietly ever since. Your agent keeps them alive. For each competitor that matters, it watches the public surfaces: pricing page, changelog, release notes, feature pages, opening them in a real browser where needed, on a weekly schedule.

    Each competitor gets a desk document maintained as the single card: positioning, pricing and packaging, recent releases, known strengths, and the objection-handling notes your team has contributed. When something changes upstream, the agent rewrites the affected section and records the delta, dated. The card always answers two questions: what is true now, and what changed since the rep last looked.

    A Slack note announces meaningful changes, a competitor dropping their floor price, a feature gap you sell against being closed, with the agent's one-line read on what it means for deals in flight. Reps add field intelligence by telling the agent what they heard in calls; it folds verified patterns into the cards. The cards stop being a project someone owns and becomes a surface that is simply current.
